Brinkleyville is an unincorporated community in Halifax County, North Carolina, United States. The community is located in the eastern part of the state, close to the Virginia border. It has a population of approximately 250 people and covers an area of 3.9 square miles. Brinkleyville is mainly a rural community with much of its economy relying on agriculture. The community has a few small businesses, such as convenience stores, but most residents travel to nearby towns for shopping and entertainment. Brinkleyville is located along U.S. Route 158, which runs through the community, providing easy access to nearby towns and cities. The community has a post office, a fire department, and a Baptist church.
